In the old barn, located on the upper floor of what was once the stable, have been created four bedrooms, subdivise in three doubles and one single, in order to accommodate visitors in a welcoming, rustic yet modern environment. Guests can also have some relax in the sitting room at the entrance, on the terrace overlooking the
vineyards, or in the common garden.
Arrival time is expected from 15:00 to 18:00. For late arrivals it is possible to make arrangements in advance.
The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. For any different needs, arrangements will be made in advance.
Advance payment by bank transfer, of the entire fee or a deposit will be required. All the necessary data will be provided at the time of booking.
For reservations canceled within 15 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival, half the fee will be withheld. For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, the payment of the entire stay will be withheld.
For any early departures, arrangements will be made for the payment of a lump sum.
To allow the daily cleaning of the room, personal arrangements will be made with the guests. On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00.
Breakfast is served in the farmhouse room on the ground floor, with a rich
choice between sweet and savory, with typical products and homemade cakes. The approximate time will be between 7.30 and 9.30, but will be agreed upon arrival with individual guests.
The farmhouse kitchen is open on Saturdays, Sundays for lunch and holidays, the other days by reservation, which is always recommended. Upon request, it will be possible
to use the room with the wooden table of the farmhouse for lunch or dinner with take-away products.
It is possible to connect to the internet in the internal areas of the structure, for the Wi-Fi password contact the owners.
Upon arrival you will be shown where to park. The parking is not guarded, but is located inside the property.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
We kindly ask you to respect the structure, the common areas and the peace of the other guests. It is forbidden to bring people outside the farmhouse into the rooms or common areas, unless otherwise agreed.
We remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and interior spaces. Once the reservation is confirmed, the conditions indicated above are signed.

It is the master bedroom furnished in a rustic style, the stone wall, the exposed beams and the wrought iron bed make the room warm and welcoming, and guests can also enjoy the view of the vineyards from the private terrace.
It is the single room, furnished in a modern style but with a touch of rustic in the stone wall, it is equipped with its own private bathroom and a suggestive view over the vineyards.
